Information you give us
When you contact support, we receive your name, email address, topic, message and optional phone number. We use these details to respond, resolve problems and keep the related correspondence. The form also sends an acknowledgement to your email address. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Technical information and essential cookies
Our hosting service processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. The support form uses an essential session cookie for request validation and a hashed IP-based timestamp to limit repeated submissions. This is used for security, not advertising. The current storefront does not install advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Video, artwork and fonts used by this storefront are served locally or through the hosting service.
Why we use information
We use support details to answer requests and take steps you ask for before a potential purchase. We use technical information for our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and preventing abuse. Where applicable, we also process information to comply with legal obligations. The form permission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting and email providers
Hostinger provides website hosting and email delivery. Information may be processed by its service providers in countries other than your own, under the provider’s applicable data protection arrangements. External links, including Figma, follow the destination service’s own privacy notice when you choose to open them.
Retention
We normally keep support correspondence for up to 12 months after the issue is resolved, then delete it during periodic mailbox reviews. We may keep relevant messages longer where an issue remains unresolved or they are needed for a legal obligation or dispute. You can ask us to delete correspondence sooner when we no longer need it. Hosting logs, backups and security records follow the hosting provider’s configured retention; deletion from active mailboxes does not immediately remove provider backup copies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask support@gymjourneys.com for access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may complain to the data protection authority that applies to you. You can browse and download free samples without submitting the contact form.
Future changes
We will update this notice before enabling checkout or adding services that materially change how personal information is used. This page currently covers the preview website and support form, not a live payment service.
